Curara Teshimizu (手清水 くらら Teshimizu Kurara), is a major character introduced in Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient and a first year student and class representative at Minazuki Academy High School.
She is also one of the people involved in the Amare Patriarcha Crucis incident.
Design
Curara is a teenage girl. Her hair is a short chestnut brown, with her bangs styled into French braids and fastened with two purple and white rhinestone hair pins. She has soft, hazel brown eyes.
She wears Minazuki's winter uniform consisting of a gray sweater added over the standard female uniform consisting of a light beige shirt with a white collar, blue bow held by a red brooch, dark gray pleated skirt, and white tights with pale pink ballet slippers.
Personality
Curara works as the class representative of her classroom. As the gifted child of an upper-class family, Curara has taken a special classical ballet class from a very young age. Though uncommon in most high schools, she is the member of the ballet club and participates in a national dance contest. At Minazuki Academy, she has gotten extraordinary marks every year. Though she has an easy-going personality, she has a surprisingly firm foundation. She is Ryuji Shimazaki's childhood friend. [1]
Plot

Chapter 1
Curara is found hiding inside a locker alongside Ryuji from a monster inside the operating room. When Ayame Itou and Ritsuko Satomi enter the room, the monster starts to attack Ayame and Ryuji tries to hit the monster from behind. However, he was knocked away. Ayame then tells Curara to keep herself hidden inside the locker. After Ayame destroys the monster, Curara and Ryuji join her as they try to escape from the hospital. As they are about to escape, Curara is hit by a gas bomb and captured by a SWAT team with Ryuji, who had tried again to protect her.

Etymology
- The name Curara is written in hiragana (くらら), which has no special meaning. However, when written in kanji (久良々, 玖良々 or 玖蘭々), it could possibly mean:
- 久良々 - "long time" (久) (ku) and "good, virtuous, respectable" (良) (ra).
- 玖良々 - "beautiful black jewel, nine" (玖) (ku) and "good, virtuous, respectable" (良) (ra).
- 玖蘭々 - "beautiful black jewel, nine" (玖) (ku) and "orchid" (蘭) (ra).
- Curara's surname Teshimizu means "hand" (手) (te) and "clear water/pure water, spring water" (清水) (shimizu).
