The Embryo Statue is obtained by Satoshi's party from a drawer in the principal's office. To get it you have to go back to the principal's office after you are kicked out from it. Together with the Marble Statue, it is used to access a secret room in the music hall, by being placed on a woman's statue, which contains a small gold key.

Description
A statue shaped like an unborn baby in the womb. Covered in a thin film of ectoplasmic residue.
Location
Reference Room
Usage
Needed to gain access to the infirmary in CHAPTER 5.
The Baby Statue is obtained during the events of CHAPTER 5 after Yoshiki's party confronts Naho Saenoki in the reference room. As it turned out, she was carrying the statue all along. It can only be acquired by reading all of Naho's notes, as Naho will not appear in the room if you miss even one.
It is also one of the two statues required for Satoshi's party to gain access to the infirmary.
Note: If you have the two groups meet up at the double stars near the bathrooms and reference room before obtaining all of the notes and the statue, the baby statue will become unattainable; even if you collect all of the notes afterhand.

Trivia
In Corpse-Party, the player must put the baby statue and marble statue between the arms of two statues representing a man and a woman. If the player puts the embryo statue in the male statue, the females in Satoshi's party (Namely Naomi Nakashima or Yuka Mochida, depending on who you have with you) will experience a sharp pain in their stomachs; dropping their HP down to 3 (but their HP will drop no further past that).
However, in Corpse Party, the baby statue must be placed on the left pedestal in the fifth chapter and there is no penalty for choosing otherwise.
